HI Piotrowska 155 Complex

This investment was made in Łódź, at Piotrowska Centrum interchange. The complex consists of two buildings with total area of 21,000 m2 of class A+ office space and 5,000 m2 of sales and services space, and a hotel. The order from the General Contractor ERBUD S.A. was to provide comprehensive low-voltage installations for the entire facility in the scope of Shell&Core together with BMS and MCE. Currently, we continue conducting works on the premises of other tenants in the building. The facility was ranked Excellent in the BREEAM certification system.
