Project Manager for low-voltage installations and BMS
Scope of duties:
- active part in commercial negotiations with clients and sub-contractors
- supervising the work of technicians
- creating and observing contract schedules
- contact and close co-operation with sub-contractors
- observing the contract budget
- settlements with sub-contractors
Requirements:
- at least secondary technical education (preferably electrical technical profile)
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- knowledge of the market of automation solutions and new technologies as well as programming basics will be an asset
- fluent computer skills (Excel, CAD)
- knowledge of the English language at a level allowing comprehending technical documentation and communication with the Investor
- well developed communication skills
- diligence, commitment, availability
- B-category driving license
